These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and enquiries made with Ashapura Tour & Travels through ashapuratourandtravels.com, by phone, email or WhatsApp. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide tour and darshan packages, car rental with driver, local and outstation travel, sightseeing tours, religious and pilgrimage tours, and room and homestay accommodation at Shiv Homestay, Madhapar, Bhuj-Kutch. All tours start from Bhuj and return to Bhuj unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings and confirmation
- An enquiry through the website or WhatsApp is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (including WhatsApp or email) or by phone.
- Rates are quoted on enquiry based on your dates, route, vehicle and number of travellers. No prices are published on the website. Any advance payment, if required, will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
- Please share accurate details (names, contact numbers, number of travellers, dates and pick-up location). We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
Travel and itineraries
- Itineraries, halts and timings are planned in good faith. Darshan and aarti timings, boat services (for example to Bet Dwarka), road conditions, weather and local restrictions are outside our control and may require changes to the plan.
- The driver will follow the agreed route and reasonable requests. Additional destinations, extra kilometres or extra days may be chargeable and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
- Travellers are responsible for their own belongings, documents, medicines and personal safety at destinations.
Vehicle use
- Vehicles are provided with an experienced driver. Self-drive is not offered unless specifically agreed.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol and any illegal activity in the vehicle are not permitted.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged to the person who made the booking.
Homestay accommodation
- Rooms at Shiv Homestay are confirmed subject to availability. Check-in and check-out times will be shared at booking.
- Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests and the residential neighbourhood.
- Valid photo identification may be required at check-in as per local regulations.

Liability
We take reasonable care to provide safe and comfortable services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, losses or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, strikes, temple or authority restrictions and vehicle breakdowns, although we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.
